Glass was originally made from sand, but is now largely made from recycling old bottles.
Hebron glass comes in delicate shades of amber, rose, cobalt and turquoise. Workshops are to be found at Na'ur on the old route to the Dead Sea and in the King Abdullah Gardens in Amman.
